What do our Terms & Conditions cover?

Welcome to STENOSHALA's terms and conditions. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are between STENOSHALA and you, (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your" or "User(s)"). By accessing our website www.STENOSHALA.com ("Website") and/or our app STENOSHALA ("Apps"), Website and Apps together shall be referred to as "STENOSHALA Platform", you agree to be bound by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all other rules and policies made available or published on the STENOSHALA Platform as they shall govern your use of the STENOSHALA Platform. By using or visiting the STENOSHALA Platform or any STENOSHALA software, data feeds, and services provided to you on, from, or through the STENOSHALA Platform, you signify your agreement to (1) these "Terms and Conditions", (2) STENOSHALA's Privacy Policy, and any other terms that are updated from time to time. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the STENOSHALA Platform.

About STENOSHALA

The domain name, Website, and the Apps are owned, registered, and operated by STENOSHALA Shorthand Academy Private Limited, a private company incorporated under the (Indian) Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at 123/3, Third Floor, Brass Market, Rewari, Haryana, India, 123401 (hereinafter referred to as "STENOSHALA" or "us" or "we" or "our" or "Company").

STENOSHALA Platform

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the STENOSHALA Platform. The STENOSHALA Platform includes all aspects of the Website and Apps which include but are not limited to products, software, and services offered via the STENOSHALA Platform.
STENOSHALA Platform is an online platform that provides educational videos and tutorials, by the STENOSHALA faculties of the STENOSHALA Platform and acts as an intermediary between the educator and the faculty. Content uploaded through the use of the STENOSHALA Platform shall hereinafter be referred to as "STENOSHALA Content".
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other rules and policies made available or published elsewhere, STENOSHALA hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the STENOSHALA Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
STENOSHALA reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the STENOSHALA Platform, including but not limited to the STENOSHALA Content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use. STENOSHALA may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information and may change transmission speeds or other signal characteristics.
The type and no. of dictations mentinoed in pricing plans are not the actual dictations available on the website, these are thedictations that will be available by the end of 2024

STENOSHALA Accounts

In order to access some of the features of the STENOSHALA Platform, you may have to create an account with STENOSHALA. You agree and confirm that you will never use another User's account nor provide access to your account to any third party. When creating your account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Further, you agree that you are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account, and you shall keep your account password secure and not share it with anyone.

Access, Permissions, and Restrictions

You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the STENOSHALA Platform or the content without STENOSHALA's prior written authorization.
You agree not to alter or modify any part of the STENOSHALA Platform.
You agree not to access the content of any other User through any technology or means other than the video playback pages of the STENOSHALA Platform itself.
You agree not to use the STENOSHALA Platform for any commercial uses unless you obtain STENOSHALA's prior written approval.

Content Use

In addition to the general restrictions mentioned above, the following limitations and conditions shall apply to your use of the Content. STENOSHALA Content utilized on the STENOSHALA Platform, which includes but is not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, processes, images, software, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to STENOSHALA and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.

Referral Bonus Scheme

STENOSHALA offers a referral bonus scheme to reward users for bringing new members to the platform. Please read the following details carefully:

A referral is considered successful only if the referred user purchases any plan on STENOSHALA.
The referral bonus will only be credited after the referred user successfully completes the purchase of a plan.
If the referred user signs up but does not purchase any plan, the referral will not be eligible for the bonus.
There is no limit to the number of successful referrals you can make.
The referral bonus amount and eligibility may change at STENOSHALA's discretion. Please check the latest updates on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall STENOSHALA, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of STENOSHALA content, (ii) personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our STENOSHALA Platforms, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the STENOSHALA Platform, (v) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the STENOSHALA Platform by any third party.

Stenoshala solely reserve the right to terminate your account and subscriptions if you are found misbehaving or indulge in any type of activity that is against the courtesy. In such case(s), non refund is provided to the user.
